Mission, Vision, & Values
Third Way Center offers truth and hope to the most vulnerable adolescents and their families with complex mental health issues by helping them work towards trauma resolution and enabling them to become productive members of society.
We successfully break the cycle of intergenerational abuse by empowering traumatized teens to become successful adults and productive members of the community. Our residents are provided with around-the-clock treatment and care and specialized programs.

We aspire to maintain quality care to treat the most vulnerable populations and their families. We shift with our community's needs, and believe every kid deserves justice. We treat the family and take on the challenges no matter how impossible. We will continue to develop a strong, diverse, innovative, collaborative, and professional team to stay true to our understanding of what works for this complex, underserved, and traumatized population.
We aim to:
Treat each adolescent individually
Address deep-rooted trauma
Restore a sense of safety, trust, and power
Continually provide support to each resident and their families
Due to unstable family situations or spending time in highly institutionalized environments, many youth entering Third Way Center do not yet have the skills necessary to live independently. We strive to provide stability and the tools needed for each adolescent to go out into the community and be successful.
